Distinctly runs its palette generator in your browser. The launch version does not require an account and does not send the colours or palette settings you enter to a Distinctly application server.

Information processed locally

Palette settings, colours, previews and exports are processed locally in your browser. Distinctly does not intentionally collect this content.

Hosting and security logs

Cloudflare may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

Fonts

The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When these files are requested, Google may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Cookies and analytics

The launch version does not use advertising cookies, user accounts or third-party product analytics. This notice will be updated before those features are introduced.
