Distinctly helps you create and evaluate chart color palettes. You are responsible for checking that a palette suits your chart, audience, medium and accessibility requirements.

Using generated palettes

You may use generated palettes and exported color values in personal or commercial work.

Using Distinctly

You may not present Distinctly as your own service, use its name or branding without permission, or copy and redistribute a substantial part of the website or source code.

Limits of the tool

Colors can appear differently across displays, printers, backgrounds and viewing conditions. Simulations, scores and previews are guidance only. They do not certify accessibility, regulatory compliance or suitability for a particular purpose.

Service availability

Distinctly may change, pause or end the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ownership

Rights in the Distinctly name, branding, interface, written content and software are reserved. Distinctly does not claim ownership of color values generated for you.
