Distinctly is provided as a colour-palette design aid. You remain responsible for reviewing palettes in the context in which they will be used.

Permitted use

You may use generated palettes and exported colour values in personal and commercial work. You may not misrepresent Distinctly as your service, reproduce its branding, or redistribute a substantially copied version of the website or source code.

No guarantee

Colour appearance varies across devices, media, backgrounds and viewing conditions. Colour-vision simulations, distinction scores and chart previews are aids—not guarantees of accessibility, compliance or suitability.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice. Distinctly is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Distinctly name, branding, interface, written content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Distinctly does not claim exclusive ownership of palette colour values generated for you.
